Assistant Controller

Immediate need with an awesome Dallas based client of ours. Looking to optimally interview and hire before the holidays. Base salary target is $140-150K with a 10% bonus. See below for details:

Role Overview:

Working with a great financial services client in Dallas that's looking to hire an Assistant Controller with strong leadership and delegation skills. This individual will oversee a growing team of six direct reports.

Key Requirements:

• CPA required
• 6–8 years of experience preferred, but we will also consider candidates with deeper experience
• Financial Services industry experience required
• Background in public accounting required
• Strong management and delegation capability; ability to build, mentor, and structure a high-performing team
• Experience preparing financial statements, managing AP, revenue recognition, and advisory billing
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment as team transitions to Dallas

Location & Schedule:

• Dallas-based role
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week onsite
