Role Overview:
Working with a great financial services client in Dallas that's looking to hire an Assistant Controller with strong leadership and delegation skills. This individual will oversee a growing team of six direct reports.
Key Requirements:
- CPA required
- 6–8 years of experience preferred, but we will also consider candidates with deeper experience
- Financial Services industry experience required
- Background in public accounting required
- Strong management and delegation capability; ability to build, mentor, and structure a high-performing team
- Experience preparing financial statements, managing AP, revenue recognition, and advisory billing
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment as team transitions to Dallas
Location & Schedule:
- Dallas-based role
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week onsite
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
