9:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday
9:00am-2:30pm, Friday

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The following are the functions essential to performing this job
- Monitor the use of all equipment in the game and video areas to ensure equipment is not damaged and returned properly.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the game room.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and notify the supervisor when replacements or repairs are needed.
- Help create and sustain an atmosphere of civility, inclusivity, and respect for guests and property.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Enforce building and College policies and procedures.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials for Student Leadership & Engagement events, as needed.
- Support the setup, execution, and cleanup of Student Leadership & Engagement events, as needed.
- Assist with any other duties as outlined in the policies and procedures manual or as assigned by the supervisor.
- High School Diploma
- Current FCC student
- Prior work experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to effectively handle conflicts and/or challenging situations
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
