Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend beverages accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process cash transactions accurately using TOAST POS System, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently.
• Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with mixology techniques to enhance our drink menu.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively.
• Collaborate with the food service team to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing processes.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures within the food industry.
• Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while multitasking across beverage preparation and guest interactions.
• Previous experience in restaurant or banquet environments is preferred; catering experience is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
