Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
- Review and analyze warranty requests to determine eligibility based on company policies.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their claims and provide updates as needed.
- Collaborate with service departments to gather information related to warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions in the company database.
- Assist in developing and implementing warranty policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff regarding warranty processes and systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
