Overview
The required work schedule for this position includes Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 pm- 5 pm, Saturdays from 9 am - 5 pm and Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm. Additional hours are possible outside of time(s) when range is operational but store is open.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Support for gun range activity by managing the customer schedule and facilitating gun rentals
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively connect with diverse customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Experience in various types of fire arms is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Organizational skills are necessary given the fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
Pay: $20.00 per hour
