Service Cashier
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Service Cashier. The Service Cashier processes monetary and credit card transactions as well as completes and closes repair orders for the dealership’s clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and print repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists showing amount due
- Record amounts received
- Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Process repair orders, operate credit card and "Telecheck" machines
- Maintain records of daily transactions, prepare cash reports of transactions
- Calculate discounts, charges and apply to proper accounts on repair order
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Know and understand extended service policies, processes and extended warranty payments for repair orders
- Assist in scheduling courtesy transportation and car rental
- Process mail
- Assist receptionist
- Attend department meetings
- Scanning and filing duties
- Purchase Orders
- Exceptions Reporting
Education/Experience
Must be available evenings and weekends. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual/spanish a plus but not required. Strong computer and internet skills, problem solving, organizational skills, leadership abilities needed.

Compensation
Pay starting at $14 - DOE
