Fred Haas Toyota Country is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our warranty, receivables, and related schedules.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for, including but not limited to:
- Posting all warranty payments accurately and timely
- Updating and maintaining A/R schedules
- Reconciling all rebates (factory, finance, and other program rebates)
- Handling all bank return items (NSF, returns, chargebacks, etc.)
- Reconciling Inventory We Owes and ensuring items are completed and cleared
- Reconciling warranty statements each month
- Reconciling the Parts statement at month-end
- Reconciling monthly A/R statements from lenders, warranty companies, and vendors
- Reconciling all dealer reserves
- Posting holdback statements and reconciling to the general ledger
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership accounting / A/R experience preferred
- Familiarity with warranty, CIT, service contract, rebate, and reserve processes
- Experience with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
- Strong Excel and general computer skills preferred
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills when working with internal departments and outside vendors/lenders
