Accounts Receivable Associate (Biller)

Biller Purpose

A Biller is responsible for creating and submitting accurate invoices in a timely manner to customers in a constantly changing regulatory environment.

Biller Job Functions/Responsibilities:

· Process and send customer sales invoices, credit memos, rebills, and adjustments accurately and timely, using correct delivery method

· Prepare daily batches for management approval prior to submitting to the customer

· Manage delivery tickets and file accordingly

· Upload invoices to customer portals

· Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

· Available for overtime as needed

· Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

· 2 years experience in Billing required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Attention to detail

· Good time management skills

· Team Player

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· NetSuite Oracle or similar ERP Experience

· Work from office
