Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotions to drive showroom traffic and maximize sales opportunities.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Implement best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, goals, and forecasts.
- Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle inventory levels, pricing, and merchandising to ensure alignment with market demand and dealership objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the finance department to streamline the sales process and assist customers with financing options. Coordinate with the service and parts departments to address customer needs.

- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and CRM systems.
- High level of customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Salary : $600,000
