Foreman-On Site Production & Quality Lead

We are now hiring Foremen who want to take ownership, lead crews, and be the face of FRDM TURF on job sites.

Postion Overview:
As a Foreman, you are the on-site leader responsible for production, quality control, customer communication, problem-solving, and ensuring each project meets FRDM’s elite standards.

You’ll oversee installation teams, coordinate with Project Managers and customers, and resolve issues with professionalism and confidence. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, communicates well, and takes pride in excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service project management position. Be the face of FRDM TURF for customers—professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented.
• Oversee installation crews on job sites.
• Oversee daily production, timelines, and job efficiency.
• Resolve disputes, customer concerns, job site issues, and change orders.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Communicate clearly with the leadership team on progress and needs.
• Hold teams accountable to FRDM's standards of craftsmanship and safety..

Experience:

• Well-spoken, professional, and confident communicator.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor installations (large advantage).
• Clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
• Ability to manage job site pressure, deadlines, and customer expectations.
• Problem-solver with high emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• A commitment to craftsmanship and delivering premium results.

Compensation: $20-25/hr Hourly/Salary (DOE) bonus Company Vehicle Growth Track
