Role Description The Transportation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hollywood, FL. This role involves safely transporting patients to and from medical appointments while ensuring a calm, supportive, and professional experience. Day-to-day tasks include planning routes, managing schedules, assisting patients with boarding and exiting vehicles, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch, healthcare providers, and patients. The Transportation Specialist is also responsible for basic vehicle inspections, adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, accurate documentation of trips, and timely reporting of any incidents or concerns. This position requires consistent reliability, attention to detail, and a strong focus on patient-centered service.
Qualifications
