People & Reporting Operations Analyst
We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our team. Who can leverage data to answer strategic and operational talent questions. This role combines technical expertise with HR data reporting and offers the opportunity to grow into advanced analytics and data science projects over time.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and enhance Python-based tools that support reporting and analytics.
- Manage code repositories using Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Optimize SQL and GraphQL queries to deliver accurate, timely data.
- Build and maintain HRIS-based reports and dashboards (e.g., Workday) to support business leaders.
- Create visual dashboards and analytics using tools like Power BI.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field.
- 3-5 Years of People Analytics Experience
- 1–3 years of experience with Python, SQL (or GraphQL), and Git/GitHub.
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting using HRIS systems like Workday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational tasks.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into advanced analytics/data science work.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
