Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Underwriting Representative to join our global financial company. The ideal candidate will support office operations while assisting with underwriting tasks. This is a full-time, in-person position with excellent growth potential and on-the-job training provided.
Key Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, income documentation, and other client records.
- Assess risk and make informed underwriting decisions on loans, credit lines, or investment approvals.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and third-party partners to collect necessary information.
- Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations for approval or denial.
- Monitor loan performance and adjust risk models or criteria as needed.
