Resident Assistant/QMAP

Frasier Assisted Living is currently hiring for Full-Time QMAP:

 Day Shift: 6am-2:30pm

Competitive Pay: $19.30-$25.80 per hour based on experience

PLUS generous Evening and Weekend Shift Differentials

As a Resident Assistant/QMAP with Frasier Assisted Living in Boulder, CO, you'll help residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported each day. You'll help create a warm and welcoming environment, encourage participation in activities, and play an important role in making Frasier feel like home.

What You Will Do 

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible.
• Administer medications, document care, and keep an eye out for changes in residents' health or wellbeing. When concerns arise, you'll communicate with the nursing team and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

 What You Will Need:  

• High school diploma or GED. 
• Current QMAP, First Aid, Basic Life Support, and AED certification  
• Ability to act independently in routine and emergency situations and demonstrate computer competency.
