Description
We’re looking for an Application Engineer to help support, maintain, and grow the applications and data systems that power our business. You’ll work alongside our engineering and information systems teams to keep things running smoothly while building the skills to own larger projects over time. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn best practices in application administration, data management, business processes, and modern software development.
What You’ll Do:

Assist with the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of our core Line of Business software and applications.

Support the implementation of processes that ensure data integrity, availability, and security.

Help identify opportunities for application improvements and contribute ideas to enhance user experience.

Participate in hardware/software rollouts, training, and user support.

Test updates and document systems, processes, and application usage.

Support installation of application updates and assist in developing small enhancements.

Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues and learn how to design scalable solutions.
Qualifications
What Makes You a Great Fit:

2–4 years of software engineering or IT/application support experience (internship or project experience counts).

Engineering/Computer Science background

Exposure to data-heavy work, SQL, or analytics.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.

A natural problem solver with curiosity about how systems fit together.

Comfortable breaking down problems into smaller steps and asking for help when needed.

Eager and curious about solving business problems and streamlining workflows across multiple departments.
