CSI System Administrator
FRANTZ Manufacturing is seeking a CSI System Administrator or Consultant to focus on operational health — user access and security, system configuration, data integrity, monitoring, and environment management (TST/TRN/PRD).
Core CSI/ERP Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience administering Infor CSI/SyteLine (or similar ERP platforms like Acumatica, Sage)
- Understanding of ERP system architecture, module interdependencies, and business process flows
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations concepts (MRP, job orders, inventory, planning, BOMs)
Technical Administration:
- Database administration basics
- System configuration and customization (IDOs, forms, security roles)
- Integration monitoring (APIs, data flows, third-party system connections)
- Troubleshooting at the database and application level
Operational Skills:
- Support and issue resolution
- User access management and security administration
- Documentation and knowledge transfer
Soft Skills:
- Ability to bridge IT and business operations (understands manufacturing language)
- Strong communication — comfortable translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset — thinks operationally, not just technically
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience supporting manufacturing or operations-heavy organizations
- Exposure to EDI or integration platforms
