Frantz Dental in Kingston Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, efficient and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our established clinical team in our office in northeast Pennsylvania. This role offers a stable, four- day work week totaling 32 hours, providing an excellent balance between clinical excellence and personal time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality preventative care, including prophylaxis, scaling, cleaning and planning. Perform periodontal charting and comprehensive oral screenings and educate patients on oral health maintenance and personalized treatment plans.
- Administer local anesthesia ( with appropriate PA certification).
- Maintain meticulous electronic patient records in compliance with Pennsylvania state regulations and HIPPA standards.
- Collaborate effectively with our dedicated staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Support our Dental team.
Schedule & Clinical Commitment:
- Core Schedule: 4 days per week ( standard clinical hours).
- Annual Commitment: 50 work weeks per year.
- Flexibility: Availability to expand to 5 days per week during periods of staff vacation or peak seasonal demand.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Certifications: Active CPR/BLS certification; Local Anesthesia permit preferred.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a patient- first clinical philosophy.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and comfort.
Compensation:
- Financials: Hourly compensation of $35.00 to $37.00 structured as a 1099 independent contractor agreement.
