We are seeking a skilled, efficient and compassionate General Dentist to join our established clinical team in our office in northeast Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including diagnostic, preventative, restorative and basic surgical treatments.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and long term care.
- Maintain meticulous electronic patient records in compliance with Pennsylvania state regulations and HIPPA standards.
- Collaborate effectively with our dedicated auxiliary staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Schedule & Clinical Commitment:
- Core Schedule: 2 days per week ( Standard clinical hours).
- Flexibility: Availability to expand to 4 days per week during periods of staff vacation or peak seasonal demand.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required.
Clinical Philosophy:
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical dentistry with a focus on patient care, retention and comfort.
Credentials;
- Valid DEA registration and professional liability insurance.
Compensation and Career Path:
- Financials: Annual compensation of $100,000 to $120,000 structured as a 1099 independent contractor agreement.
