CORPORATE QUALITY COORDINATOR
Position Title: Corporate Quality Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Operations

Position Summary: The Corporate Quality Coordinator is a key operations role responsible for elevating service delivery through quality assurance, training, and operational support. This individual will regularly visit customer sites to conduct audits, lead frontline training and retraining efforts, and support the successful launch of new accounts.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Training & Development
· Facilitate hands-on training for frontline Team Members and Team Coordinators to ensure clear understanding and consistent execution of both company and customer standards.
· Provide targeted retraining and performance coaching based on audit findings or operational feedback.
· Reinforce site-specific cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and service delivery best practices to uphold quality and compliance.
Quality Audits & Reporting
· Conduct regular, structured site audits utilizing standardized tools and checklists to ensure consistency and objectivity.
· Evaluate overall cleanliness, compliance with scope of work, supply management, and adherence to safety protocols.
· Prepare clear, actionable reports that highlight both operational strengths and opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with Regional and Account Managers to develop, implement, and follow up on corrective action plans.
New Account Launch Support
· Support the successful launch of new accounts by helping to establish and implement site-specific cleaning routines and procedures, assisting with new Team Member onboarding, and maintaining an onsite presence during initial startup weeks.
· Contribute to staffing efforts and provide foundational training to ensure each new team is set up for success.
· Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure every new site reflects Frantz’s high standards for quality, consistency, and service excellence from Day One.
Collaboration & Communication
· Represent Frantz Building Services with professionalism and warmth during customer visits and internal meetings, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
· Communicate proactively with operations leadership, providing insights on emerging trends, areas of concern, and notable successes.
· Foster strong, trust-based relationships with Team Members by offering consistent support, clear guidance, and positive reinforcement.

QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services, operations support, or quality control.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to train, coach, and build rapport across diverse teams.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays up to 30% of the time.
· Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites.
COMPENSATION
Salary: $50 -60K
