The Role
The role will be undertaking
- Legionella Risk Assessments of hot and cold water services , mainly dealing with the requirements within the ACoP L8, HSG 274, BS 8580-1:2019and HTM 04-01
- You must be able to communicate at all levels as you will be customer facing for the majority of your time.
- The area covered is nationwide so must be willing to travel and stay away from home as and when required.
- Have strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate
- Reporting skills.
- This role is physically demanding, access can be restricted and heavy lifting involved, confined space training will be given.
- Legionella Risk Assessing hot and cold water systems.
- Understand the requirements of Health Care properties.
- Be able to produce CAD drawings using AutoCAD
- Understand Water Regulations
- Understand G3 Building regulations.
- Water Treatment plant and equipment
