We are a well-established medical spa celebrating our 20th anniversary and are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead the daily operations of our front desk and reception team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in organization, leadership, and exceptional service. As Front Desk Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our patients while also overseeing scheduling, systems, staff, and front-desk performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise front desk staff and daily front desk operations
- Greet and welcome clients warmly while addressing questions and concerns with professionalism
- Manage booking, scheduling, phone calls, emails, and front desk communications
- Establish and maintain front desk procedures, standards, and workflows
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and reflects a high-end clinical environment
- Manage office supplies and retail/product inventory
- Oversee lead management and CRM follow-up
- Generate reports, metrics, and feedback for the Practice Manager
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
- Create and manage social media content including reels, stories, and posts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk management or similar leadership role
- Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Financially minded with attention to detail and performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with a medical spa EMR/CRM system
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Teams
- Strong leadership, training, and customer service skills
- Social media or digital marketing experience a plus
