Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with transactions and banking needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customers' financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Work independently while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Lead and manage the customer service team, including coaching, performance evaluations, and motivation.
