Branch Manager

Franklin Savings Bank is looking to add to our amazing team! We have an opening for a Branch Manager in Farmington, Maine, with oversight of our Rangeley branch.

As the Branch Manager overseeing both our Farmington and Rangeley branches, you will be expected to:

• Serve as a leader within the Farmington & Rangeley markets, fostering relationships with customers and the community.
• Communicate openly and effectively with customers and employees alike, ensuring a positive and professional environment.
• Drive strong deposit and loan growth by leveraging your financial expertise and community connections.
• Uphold and embody Franklin Savings Bank’s core values, serving as a positive ambassador for the bank.
• Manage branch staff. This includes motivating, inspiring, coaching and training team members. 

While lending experience is not a strict requirement, it is considered a valuable asset for this position. Candidates with a background in both lending and supervision will be particularly well-suited to succeed in this role.

Qualifications Desired 

• 5 Years of experience in sales, retail banking, and/or operations 
• 5 Year of experience managing a team, with a focus on a Caring & Compassionate Leadership approach 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products. Banking software a plus. 
• Effective communication skills

Location: 

• This is an on-site position, located in Farmington, ME with one day per week trips to the Rangeley branch
  • Training for the position will take place in Farmington, ME

Compensation: 

The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000-$85,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors, including experience, job-related skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for applicable annual incentive compensation and company-sponsored benefits.
