Franklin Savings Bank is looking to add to our Farmington team! This position supports the Customer Service team as the branch’s new account representative.
The Banking Specialist is a dynamic position, with the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our customer experience by serving our customers in a variety of ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality service to customers and identify customer needs, connecting them with the appropriate banking products and services
- Build and foster strong relationships with bank customers and clients through account opening and account maintenance
- Support bank goals through referrals and proactive conversations, via phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare documents and respond to customers utilizing Business Solution products
- Process customer transactions and support the teller line as needed
- Supporting overall Farmington branch activities
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Robust attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Prior banking experience
- Prior customer service experience

- This position is on site, based in Farmington, Maine.
