About the Role:
As a Dietary Manager at Franklin Restorative Care Center, you will be responsible for managing the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents, while maintaining a clean and safe food environment. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nutrition or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with food service software and systems
Knowledge of nutrition and food safety regulations
