Franklin Grove Living and Rehabilitation Center is seeking caring and compassionate Restorative C.N.A. to join our team. We are a 132 bed skilled nursing facility in Franklin Grove, IL - only 10 miles East of Dixon, 45 miles SW of Rockford, and 15 miles SW of Rochelle. Our facility is home to a State of the Art Therapy Gym with private Medicare suites, Bistro, and Private Dining Area.

As a Restorative CNA you will perform one-on-one tasks with our long-term residents to achieve their maximum individual rehab potential for their ADLs (Activities of daily living), bed mobility, range of motion, ambulation, etc... you will work under the direction of a licensed personnel to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with applicable regulations as well as the resident's care plan.
