About the Role
We're looking for a skilled, client-focused attorney to join our team. This is a hybrid remote/in-person position with flexible scheduling options. We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates and are open to discussing creative arrangements to work for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
- Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions (purchases, sales, refi, leases)
- Collaborate with a close-knit team of attorneys and paralegals in a supportive, client-first environment
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in real estate law and estate planning (required)
- Probate experience in Connecticut (preferred)
- Business law and/or commercial real estate experience (preferred)
- Bank closing representation experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, small-firm setting
