Senior IT Support Specialist | Denver, CO | Hybrid 3 days in office | $75,000 to $90,000 plus bonus
Are you a customer focused Support Engineer looking to join a collaborative, high performing internal tech team?
An established national organisation is hiring a Support Services Engineer to provide escalated technical support across their end user environment. This is a hybrid role based in Denver with 3 days per week in office supporting a busy and highly mobile workforce across Windows, Mac, M365 and core business applications.
What you will be doing
- Acting as an escalation point for technical issues across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, SCCM, Intune and Active Directory
- Supporting key business applications including Salesforce, M365, Box, Zoom and Adobe
- Managing onboarding setups, device provisioning and standard hardware images
- Troubleshooting Zoom Rooms and conference technologies
- Owning tickets from initial triage through resolution
- Supporting mobile devices and secure remote access tools
What you need
- 3 plus years in a desktop support or support services role across Windows and Mac environments
- Experience with M365, Adobe and device management tools
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Ability to work in the Denver office 3 days per week
