Electrical Engineer (Engineer III ) – Hardware | In-Person - Houston, TX
We are seeking an experienced Sr Electrical Design Engineer (Hardware) with strong analog/digital circuit design skills to support new product development, improve existing hardware, and troubleshoot complex systems. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently as an individual contributor while taking full ownership of design work.

Responsibilities
- Lead analog and digital circuit design
- Develop new products and enhance existing hardware
- Perform schematic capture and PCB design (Altium)
- Design and evaluate power supplies
- Troubleshoot hardware and system-level issues
- Support sustaining engineering and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct system validation & verification
Required Skills
- Strong analog & digital circuit design
- Signal processing, control systems, sensors, and communication systems
- Schematic capture & PCB design (Altium)
- Python programming
- Design for manufacturability, serviceability, test, and cost
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules and work independently

- IoT, BLE, LoRa, or connected product experience
- High-speed interfaces
