Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Project Architect to join our dedicated team on-site at our Chattanooga, TN office. The Project Architect will lead the design, development, and execution of projects, ensuring that all plans and deliverables align with client goals, budget, and schedule. Responsibilities include preparing detailed architectural drawings, managing project submittals, collaborating with clients and consultants, and overseeing project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of architectural experience
- Professional Architectural education (B.Arch, M.Arch)
- Proficient in Revit.
- Focused on outstanding client service, design excellence, and improving the community
- Familiarity with IBC, NFPA, and other relevant building codes.
- Able to prepare and understand construction document plans and relevant specifications in all phases of design.
- Professional demeanor with a team-centric mindset.
