Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Project Architect to join our dedicated team on-site at our Chattanooga, TN office. The Healthcare Project Architect will lead the design, development, and execution of projects, ensuring that all plans and deliverables align with client goals, budget, and schedule. Responsibilities include preparing detailed architectural drawings, managing project submittals, collaborating with clients and consultants, and overseeing project timelines. An understanding of clinical medical design, healthcare specific code requirements, and project management is critical for this position.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of architectural experience | 5 years of experience in healthcare facility design.
- Professional Architectural education (B.Arch, M.Arch)
- Proficient in Revit.
- Focused on outstanding client service, design excellence, and improving the community
- Familiarity with FGI guidelines and state health department approvals.
- Able to prepare and understand construction document plans and relevant specifications in all phases of design.
- Professional demeanor with a team-centric mindset.
