We are seeking an experienced Cook / Pizza Maker to support a traditional pizzeria, restaurant kitchen, and high-volume takeaway operation. Reporting to the owner or operator, this back-of-house role will focus on pizza production, prep, and line cooking. Candidates must be available nights and weekends and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough and ingredients for daily production.
- Produce pizzas and perform line cooking in a high-volume environment.
- Operate ovens and cook food according to established recipes.
- Assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor food quality and maintain recipe standards.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and an organized work station.
- Monitor inventory levels and support ingredient availability.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in pizza preparation and cooking.
- Experience with pizza making and dough handling.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation.
