We are seeking dedicated and friendly catering staff to join our team at Gianino Family Catering. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional catering services that reflect our commitment to quality and community. This position is based at Frankie Gianino's, where you will play a vital part in creating memorable events for our clients from weddings and anniversary parties to corporate events and graduation celebrations!
We are looking for part time dedicated team members who are able to work on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up catering orders to meet client specifications.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and event planners to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve food and beverages at catered events with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards during all catering activities.
- Assist in the packing, transportation, and setup of catering equipment.
- Interact courteously with guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to manage multiple events and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior banquet or event catering experience is preferred.
- Basic food preparation skills are required.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance are essential.
