What you will do in this role: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming.

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
Each center is unique; offering you a variety of long-term career opportunities.
- Start Date: ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon
- Hourly Wage Estimate: $16.00/hr
- Shift: 8 hour shifts; Afternoons
- Schedule: 11a-7:30pm, with an every-other weekend rotation
- Part Time will require: 2-3 shifts per week PLUS every other weekend

What we need from you:
- Ideally - prior experience as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) in a licensed nursing home.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience helpful
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is also helpful
