What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ratskeller Bartender position at FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE?
Hours Part Time: Average of 30-36 hours per week, 4 days per week, may vary in slow and busy season accordingly.
Work Shift: Any combination of shifts: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Job Description
Takes bar orders; Prepares drinks for guests; Serves guests sitting at the bar and at tables; collects payment for items served; maintains a safe and clean work area. Prepares for servicing the guest by: Stocking supplies needed for the evening such as napkins, ashtrays, garnish, etc. Rotates stock to ensure quality and freshness.
Must be 18 years of age or older. High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; pleasant – friendly disposition and attitude; able to withstand a high noise and heat humidity level; able to multiple tasks. Can lift moderate weights. Knowledge of area attractions. Takes beverage orders.
