What are the responsibilities and job description for the FGI River Place Data Entry position at FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE?
Hours: Part Time – Between 20-36 hours per week.
Work Shifts: Between 8:00am and 10:00pm. Weekdays, weekends, and some holidays required.
Function: Works under the supervision of the Lead Buyer, Director of Operations, Store Manager/Managers on Duty. Performs duties pertaining to merchandise and other duties as listed below.
Work Performed: Accurately checks in orders from vendors following all procedural steps, unpacks and prices merchandise, Keeps accurate inventory information in Counter Point.
Assists in monitoring merchandise levels, responsible for generating vendor report, prepares invoices, for payment, transfers merchandise, sets up displays, checks all invoices against purchase orders, participates in inventory check and year end store inventories month end inventory adjustments,
Basic Qualifications: Computer experience, keyboard skills required. Ability to stand, bend forward and crouch. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs at one time.
