Maintenance Production Manager – Commercial Landscaping
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Production Manager to lead daily field operations and oversee multiple commercial landscape maintenance crews. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through effective crew management, production scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
Commercial landscaping experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Foremen, Crew Leaders, and landscape maintenance teams
- Oversee daily and weekly production schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Recruit, train, develop, and mentor field personnel
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and operational resources
- Manage work orders, scheduling, and reporting using platforms such as Aspire
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership
- Review project plans, schedules, and production timelines
- Identify operational challenges and implement proactive solutions
- Drive team accountability and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2 years of leadership experience in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related field operations
- Proven experience managing multiple crews in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance operations and production management
- Experience with Aspire, Greenius, or similar operational software preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
