A growing commercial landscaping company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, field operations, and service delivery across a portfolio of commercial properties. This role works closely with Foremen, crews, irrigation technicians, and leadership to ensure quality service, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and maintain proactive customer communication
- Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, and crew performance
- Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and ensure service standards are met
- Coordinate Foremen, maintenance crews, irrigation technicians, and enhancement teams
- Manage proposals, service reports, work orders, and project documentation
- Ensure crews follow safety procedures, equipment protocols, and company standards
- Review labor hours, overtime, scheduling, and operational reporting
- Source materials, coordinate vendors, and manage purchase orders as needed
- Support employee training, accountability, and performance management
- Work closely with operations leadership to improve productivity and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2 years of account management or operations experience in commercial landscaping
- Commercial landscaping experience is required
- Experience managing crews, client relationships, and multiple properties
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance operations and scheduling
- Experience with LMN, Aspire, Boss, or similar landscaping software preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
