Pizza Cook/Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza/Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pizza/Line Cook, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas, entrees, salads, grinders, subs and more. You will need to meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and has a love for the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas and entree items according to established recipes and customer specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
• Providing exceptional service to guests.
• Stay updated on current food trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a kitchen environment, particularly in pizza/ line cook in our dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling best practices.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards within the food service industry.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• A passion for culinary arts and creating exceptional dining experiences.
