What You'll Do
- Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
- Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guests wants and needs
- Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
- Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success
What You'll Need
- An exceptional social media presence to attract new clients, build relationships, and grow business
- A working knowledge of Google Suite and video communication software, which is designed to help you perform your job efficiently and at an exceptional level (The ability to be knowledgeable and savvy with these technologies is a MUST to be successful in this position.)
- Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Our training program will teach you the Leta Way and sets you up for success
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A growth mindset and a belief that failures are nothing more than learning opportunities
- Possess a valid driver's license (required)
