Position Overview:
The APP will evaluate and manage adult Rheumatology patients in an outpatient setting, both independently and in collaboration with the supervising physician.
The practice sees a broad range of rheumatologic conditions and offers a supportive environment for experienced providers as well as motivated new graduates.
Responsibilities include:
* New patient evaluations
* Follow-up visits
* Treatment planning and patient education
* Medication management
* Care coordination with specialists and primary care providers
* Ongoing management of chronic rheumatologic conditions
Ideal Candidate:
* Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure
* DEA or ability to obtain
* Strong communication and patient care skills
* Interest in Rheumatology and long-term specialty practice
* Experienced providers preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
