* Conduct initial assessments & behavior intervention plans.
* Supervise, mentor, and inspire Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans using data.
* Provide active parent training and continuous clinical support.
* Ensure ethical service delivery under BACB Standards.
* Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
* BCBA Certification preferred (Exam-eligible candidates highly encouraged!).
* Strong ABA knowledge, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
