Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — West/Northwest Denver Metro
Manageable caseload (7-9 clients) and a schedule you design yourself — Rising Star Behavior Services is hiring a full-time BCBA in the west/northwest Denver Metro area. Part-time also considered.
You'll work alongside our Clinical Director, managing a team of Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities — with the caseload and support to actually do it well, not just keep up.
BCBA Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide ABA program implementation and supervision while maintaining a caseload of 7–9 clients (full-time) or 3–6 clients (part-time)
- Write and implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Clinical Director
- Help clients learn appropriate social behaviors and life skills
- Supervise Behavior Technicians
- Collect and analyze data, maintaining detailed records of progress and concerns
- Provide support and guidance to clients' families
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy in the west/northwest Denver Metro Area
BCBA Requirements and Qualifications
- BCBA certification (active)
- Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to pass a background check
- High energy with strong rapport-building skills with children
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible: design your own schedule as long as weekly work requirements are met
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $75,000–$100,000/year, based on experience (full-time); prorated for part-time
- Monthly bonuses based on billable hours worked
