Responsibilities
Prospect, network, and self-generate leads through personal marketing, community involvement, social media, and referrals.
Conduct needs-based client consultations to recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions.
Present and sell individual life, term, IUL, ACA/Marketplace, Medicare, and supplemental health products.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and retention.
Maintain compliance with Farmers and state insurance regulations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Requirements
Active Texas Life & Health Insurance license required (or ability to obtain quickly).
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in life or health insurance.
Demonstrated ability to self-market, generate leads, and consistently close sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $33,000 - $50,000
