Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Achieve $25,000 in Written Premium per Month (required baseline).
Generate 5 new quality conversations weekly through networking, social media, digital leads, or referrals.
Book at least 3 new appointments weekly from inbound/warm opportunities.
Establish 1 new referral or business partnership per month (e.g., realtors, mortgage brokers, auto dealers, small business owners).
Participate in local events, sponsorships, or community activities to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Leverage social selling on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to establish credibility and attract prospects.
Cross-sell existing agency clients when appropriate and in compliance with carrier guidelines.

Sales Target: $25,000 in new written premium each month.
Conversations: 5 new quality conversations weekly (tracked).
Appointments: 3 booked weekly.
Partnerships: 1 new referral source/month.
