What You Will Do
- Schedule appointments and coordinate warranty services with customers and technicians
- Manage paperwork and documentation related to warranty work, including permits and warranties
- Order and track supplies and equipment needed for warranty jobs.
- Provide administrative support to the trade team, such as creating work orders, schedules, and invoices
- Answer phone calls and responding to customer inquiries about warranty services
- Ensure that warranty jobs are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient completion of warranty projects
- 3 years of administrative experience
- At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, electrical or plumbing services is a plus
- Knowledge of the HVAC, plumbing or electrical codes and safety procedures
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
- Sales and Customer Service Experience required
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
