Jeweler

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Jeweler to join our on-site production team in Tribeca. The ideal candidate is a technically proficient bench jeweler with fine jewelry experience, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to craftsmanship and consistent quality. You’ll work across custom and production pieces—repairing, finishing, and assembling components—while maintaining the Frank Darling standard for finish, fit, and durability. This role requires excellent hand skills and familiarity with standard bench techniques.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform benchwork, including soldering, filing, shaping, and assembly for both custom and production pieces.
• Execute ring sizing, shank repairs, and other client-requested adjustments with attention to finish and structural integrity.
• Maintain bench equipment, tools, and workspace, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of materials and customer pieces.
• Deliver work on time while balancing multiple pieces and priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  
  

Requirements and Experience:

• 3 years of bench jewelry experience in fine jewelry production, with demonstrable skill in soldering, finishing, and stone setting.
• Familiarity with jewelry construction, tolerances, and finishing techniques used in bridal and fine jewelry.
• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to delivering clean, well-finished work.
  
  

Job Details:

• Full-time on-site role located in Tribeca, New York
• Office/bench hours are 8AM to 4PM
• Salary: $25-40/hour commensurate with experience
