We are looking for a Contents Cleaning Technician that primary focus will be responsible for cleaning and restoring contents and structures affected by fire, water, or mold damage.
What You'll Do
- Pack, inventory, and transport customer contents.
- Clean and restore contents damaged by fire, water, smoke, or other losses.
- Perform contents manipulation, pack-outs, storage, and pack-backs.
- Document and photograph contents as required.
- Operate cleaning equipment and follow company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or janitorial work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or overtime as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
