Job Duties
- Promote our SBA products within and outside of FB&T.
- Aid our lenders in underwriting and closing loans offered through our SBA department.
- Aid our lenders in SBA servicing issues, monitoring and collections.
- SBA knowledge essential
- Credit Analysis abilities required
Education, Skills, and Experience
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of banking experience
- SBA Program/SBA Lending experience is preferred
- A highly motivated, hard-working individual who stays on time and on task
- A person who likes a fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial outlook
Skills
- Organized and detail oriented

Salary range for this role is $100,000 to $166,500 per annually, depending on experience.
