Sr. Commercial Loan Processor

Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a full-time Sr. Commercial Loan Processor to work in one of our bank locations. The Sr. Commercial Loan Processor is responsible for managing and processing commercial loan applications from initiation through closing and ensuring an efficient workflow process. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within the Abrigo workflow system to maintain compliance within regulatory standards.

Job Duties

• Initiate and manage commercial loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is collected, reviewed, and processed in a timely manner.
• Utilize the workflow system to track and manage the loan process from application through to closing, ensuring all due diligence tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify all loan documentation, including credit reports, financial statements, property appraisals, and legal documents.
• Assist business bankers to ensure all due diligence documentation meets internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Maintain tickler systems to monitor and track critical dates, follow-ups, and document expirations throughout the loan process.
• Ensure all ticklers are updated regularly to prevent any lapses in compliance or deadlines.
  
  

Skills & Education

• 6 or more years of experience in Commercial /Ag Loan Processing
• High School Diploma
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a limited amount of time.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of commercial and ag loan documentation
• Knowledge of various software programs used for processing, closing and servicing loans.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML/CIP and OFAC policies, procedures and regulations.
• Preferred: Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, Database System
  
  

Salary range for this role is $22.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
